- To request a repeat prescription
Please request prescriptions 48 hours in advance, in person, by post or by telephone. Ideally we would like the right hand side of your last repeat prescription given to us with your requests ticked off. Telephone requests are dealt with after 10.30am. The telephones are less busy in the afternoons. A post box is available at the Health Centre at the reception desk, for repeat prescription requests. Repeat prescription forms are issued by the computer and should be submitted with the request if possible. These forms can then be reviewed periodically by the Doctor.
We now have the facility to order repeat prescriptions and to book appointments online. If you wish to use this service please contact the surgery for details.
