Sister Teresa James is our Minor Illness nurse.  She works Monday to Friday, and you can therefore have an appointment with her instead of a GP if you so wish.  Our aim is for patients to see an appropriate healthcare professional.

 

 

We will be closed for the afternoon of Thursday 4th December for a development session with the Local Health Board.

INR patients will be telephoned with their results that evening.

We hope this does not cause too much inconvenience.

Saturday 18th October at 9.30 - 10.45am

Saturday 8th November at 9.30 - 10.45am

INFORMATION FOR GIRLS BETWEEN 16 and 18
The Welsh Assembly have put in place a school programme for administering the vaccine for HPV which causes cervical cancer.  This programme begins in September 2008.  The practice will vaccinate patients if clinically indicated, patients between 16 and 18 from April 2008.  Please speak to the practice if you require this vaccine, or if you would like your daughter to be vaccinated, or for further information visit www.tellher.com which is available in a number of languages.

COWBRIDGE HEALTH CENTRE is purpose built with access for the disabled in the form of ramps to the Health Centre grounds and the Health Centre building, which has adequate doorways and toilet facilities.
